Fish Man - 3D Creature Character

Story. This is exactly a Fish Man character. Half human half creature legendary character. Its aim is to fight against the water threat ending in the new world. He is able to fight physically and has magic powers.
(Unfortunately, I cannot complete this and my previous character studies. I do not have a suitable computer for this. I am having technical problems.)
